Chocolate Chip Cookies
250grams grass fed butter
1/2 raw sugar or coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 cups Ottos Cassava Flour
2 teaspoon of baking powder
2 tbls almond milk or your choice of milk
1 cup dark chocolate chips of your choice
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line two baking trays with baking paper.
Cream butter, sugar and vanilla essence in a mixer.
Add eggs one at a time and incorporate well.
Add Cassava flour and baking soda. Mix until combined, add in chocolate chips. Once well mixed, roll in balls and bake in the oven for between 15-18 mins.
