Burnt butter, bacon and Sage Gnocchi

Ingredients
Quantity of Gnocchi from our other recipe
4 Rashers of bacon
100g of grass fed butter
10 large sage leaves
Additional Ingredients : Grated Parmesan
Directions.
Dice bacon pieces. Fry in a small amount of butter until crispy. Drain and set aside.
Bring a saucepan of salted water to the boil. While waiting for water to boil add 100grams of butter to fry pan and melt. Once better has melted turn down heat to medium setting and add sage, cook for a few minutes until sage is crisp and butter is a deep brown colour. Turn off heat and set aside. Add gnocchi to boiling water and once they rise to the top of the boiling water scoop out and place in the fry pan with the butter. Toss the gnocchi through the butter, serve onto plate and sprinkle with bacon and top with parmesan cheese if desired. Enjoy!
