Just add the wet ingredients at home and presto you have simply brilliant bread that you can eat straight from the oven (without toasting). It stays moist for several days, can be frozen and toasts well.
Ingredients: Otto's Cassava Flour, Tapioca Starch, Linseed (Flaxseed) Meal, Sunflower Meal, Psyllium Husk, Pinch of Himalayan Salt.
