Its finally here! Our first shipment arrived on Friday and most of the weekend we have been packing our preorders and getting the ball rolling. We are so excited and would love to say a big 'thank you' to all of you who believed in us and this product and preordered! Ottos Cassava Flour is now in Australia. Our first order was a small one but our next one which is due to land in Brisbane in June is a much bigger one.
As the word spreads about this amazing new product our orders will increase and hopefully we will have a better idea of our capacity to supply the product.
We have made some yummy things on the weekend and we know you won't be disappointed! There are many recipes already on Pinterest, search Ottos Cassava Flour and start baking! One thing that I haven't succeeded at baking yet, is scones! I won't give up though and I'm determined to get it to work! One thing I will say is pop on over to the Urban Poser blog as she has some great tips on using Cassava flour.

My cousin just arrived from Brazil & asked Mr where she can buy some Farofa (cassava ) flour. We live in Brisbane.
